course was very Good, instructor nick or Rick was very descriptive in letting us understand what to do and teach us methods. I find the best way to learn is to fix mistakes or if something goes wrong , how to correct it. A number of the CDN scripts updated and some of the business and portfolio website was not quite the same as nicks even though it was word for word. Many thanks Pete T
Great course but needs updating
As a beginner, I learnt a lot in this course – the html and CSS segments were very useful. Bootstrap is also a very useful web design tool, however, the course videos are slightly outdated and could really do with being updated for Bootstrap 4. Some components from the lectures didn’t work, so I had to Google how to do them using the latest version. Also, 7.6 and 7.7 are the same video – they are missing Challenge 5 from the course. I would only recommend this course to those who are willing to Google/ experiment with html off their own back, as the website won’t work based on the videos alone. That being said, I did learn a lot of useful information, and feel I could create a basic website from scratch.

Very good course. I agree with previous reviews as some of the content is now outdated but if you have knowledge of computers and searching you can pick it up. Challenge 5 video is the outro video so would have been nice to see how to do this but sure you can find on google or you tube. As i haven’t made websites before its very good course and video’s easy to follow
