A good all round course with supporting videos. It covers the history of massage, various massage techniques, benefits of massage, even a section on baby massage. Every section is put together in a really easy to read format. The final module even gives advice on how to go into business.

the course is really easy to do, nice and simple step by step information.
its great that it tells you the history of massage so you understand how it came about.
my main focus was the head neck and facial area, the information you receive is great shows you all different techniques you can use for massage and even shows you videos!!
I would recommend definitely for someone who wants some extra information on massage or for a beginner starting out!
