    I am currently a secretary, but I was advised to enhance my skills. After taking this course, my boss immediately noticed that I improved well. And since I was provided with certification from this site, I now have the potential to have an increase or even a promotion.

    I really enjoyed this course but found the questions in the exam were unclear and difficult to understand.

    I found this course pretty useful with the range of aspects of the job covered, the relevant quotes from famous people, the case studies and examples. There were some areas that were a little too basic such as how to speak to people and using eye contact when conversing.

    Some of the exam questions need to be phrased better, provide an image for some questions and need to have clearer multiple choice answers; one question listed ‘people’, ‘manager’, ‘key stakeholders’ and one other person as an optional answer – technically, ‘people’ covers all of the answers.

    Nonetheless, a useful course – I’ve already done half a dozen courses with Janets to fill in gaps/confirm knowledge/learn new things.
