lots of useful imformation
based mostly on office cleaning but includes lot of useful information for help in domestic setting as well
Wasn't really worth it
Although there were some useful information, I thought the videos were lazy. They were all youtube videos some of which I had watched before. The information could have also been provided by displaying it in more user friendly presentation styles. I also don’t appreciate having to pay £23 for a certificate, after already paying for the course.
Not for UK based businesses
Very disappointing, it does not actually teach anything, that anyone with a bit of common sense would not already know. The video on the bathroom/Restroom cleaning is shocking, the guy cleaned the inside, top, sides, and seat with the same cloth, he did not go down to the floor, the bathroom was really grubby, the display of materials to use was disgusting, the sponge scourer had seen better days and 1/2 the bristles were missing from the loo brush no advise or sufficient training shown on how to eradicate the stains, the shower hose was dull and looked corroded, The product info is American products most are not available in UK, apart from telling you to read the label is not training.
