  6. Child counselling and therapy couse

There is no acknowledgement of who the teacher is or how qualified they are. I was disappointed that there were no practical sessions explaining the ‘how to’ or giving very few examples of ‘what’ to do. Some of the question in the ‘quiz’ at the end contained terms and phrases that had not been discussed during the couse and were not particularly well expressed. As well as this there were some questions that were marked wrong in the final test that had been marked correct in the mock test. As I work in Learning support, particularly with children with emotional problems, I did find that the course verified what I am already doing though I do not feel I have learnt a great deal more.
